          Statistics is a Mathematical Body of Science that pertains to the collection , analysis, interpretation or explanantion and presentation of data or as a branch of Mathematics.

HISTORY

The Department of Statistics is one of the advanced department in the YAGDC(W) , CHIRALA

• The Subject Statistics Was Introduced in the year 2014-2015 with Mathematics Combination.
• Restructed course was started with group combination of CSCS in the year 2020-2021.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Celebration of 'WORLD POPULATION DAY' on June 11^th 
• Celebration of 'NATIONAL STATISTICS DAY' on June 29^th
• Celebration of 'WORLD STATISTICS DAY' on OCT 20^th
• Conducting Guest Lectures by eminent persons.
